Jacob Waye–Harris is an experienced contracts lawyer who, after starting his career in a large Adelaide law firm, spent many years leading commercial and legal teams in major Australian and international companies.

Jacob’s extensive experience enables him to apply his commercial and legal skills to help companies establish strong customer relationships and win and retain business. Jacob will often provide tables, checklists and diagrams to simplify complex legal issues, allowing more time to be focused on implementing the solution rather than worrying about the problem.

In recent years Jacob has been responsible for negotiating and securing many major contracts for the companies he has worked for, and has been recognised through various industry awards.

Lisa specialises in commercial law and has experience advising a broad range of clients in relation to construction projects, property transactions, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and general contract drafting, interpretation and negotiation.

Working with diverse group of clients across medical and allied health, tourism, property development, retail and commercial leasing, agriculture, defence, software and IT, Lisa is focused on understanding her client’s strategic and commercial goals and providing tailored and pragmatic advice.
